WICommon.xsd

  • Added SimpleType CommonNumeric1Type.
  • Changed j:DriverLicense/j:DriverAuthorizationID.Detailed/cib-ext:IDExpirationYear to allow CCYY, NX or UNKN. This is used only by update transactions.

cib/response/extension/WICIBResponse.xsd

  • Added optional element cib-ext:InvestigativeInterest/j:Organization/j:PrimaryContactInformation. This affects all file types.
  • Changed j:BoatHullID/j:ID to xsd:string.
  • Removed j:CourtOrderDesignatedSubject/j:Residence for cib-ext:ForeignFugitivePersonType and replaced it with j:LocationAddress. A Foreign Fugitive address information should be consistent with wanted person responses.
  • Added j:CourtOrderDesignatedSubject/j:LocationAddress for NCIC Foreign Fugitive Response.
  • Removed element j:RegisteredSexOffender/j:Residence/j:LocationAddress/j:StreetFullText.
