I have spent my entire career in law enforcement and during my 25 years as a county prosecutor, I learned that state government must be held accountable and made a partner in the fight against crime. So, as Wisconsin’s Attorney General, I’m traveling from county to county to meet with local law enforcement and elected officials to discuss the public safety concerns in their communities- which are constantly changing and can vary dramatically, even in neighboring counties.

I’m on a mission to find out: what’s working? What’s not? Where do you need more resources? And how can the Wisconsin Department of Justice help your communities stay safe? Together, local law enforcement and the Wisconsin Department of Justice can keep Wisconsin safe.
