SEYMOUR, Wis. - On April 18, 2019, Seymour Police Department were dispatched to a residence in Seymour following a report of a disturbance. The initial responding officers attempted to make contact with anyone inside.

Assistance was requested from the Outagamie County Emergency Response Team. The Emergency Response Team took over operations and made entry to the residence. Upon entry three deceased subjects were located, one adult male and two small children.
