FORMER VERONA MAN SENTENCED FOR HEROIN DELIVERY

MADISON — Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen announced today that Quinnten Endl, 20, of Prescott, Arizona, formerly of Verona, Wisconsin, was sentenced in Dane County Circuit Court on charges of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) in an amount less than three grams. Endl delivered heroin on August 19, 2012, and on September 17, 2012. Endl was found guilty of both charges by Dane County Circuit Judge David Flanagan.

On Count One, Judge Flanagan sentenced Endl to a term of eight years imprisonment, consisting of three years initial confinement, and five years extended supervision. Judge Flanagan stayed the imposition of that sentence, and placed Endl on probation for eight and a half years. On Count Two, Judge Flanagan placed Endl on a concurrent term of probation for eight and a half years.

The case was investigated by the Waunakee Police Department. Assistant Attorney General Gary A. Freyberg is prosecuting the case for the state of Wisconsin.
