    By dropping off your unused, unwanted or expired Rx drugs, you can help prevent Rx drug diversion and misuse. Get rid of your unused Rx drugs at the upcoming Prescription Drug Take-Back Day April 26, between 10 am and 2 pm.  Through aggressive enforcement, education and community participation, we can save lives.

    Join AG Van Hollen, the Wisconsin DOJ and the Crime Victims Council for this year’s ceremony in the State Capitol Rotunda April 10, 2014, at noon as we honor victims and present the Champion of Victims’ Rights Awards to many who have gone above and beyond in their support of victims’ rights in Wisconsin.

  • AG Van Hollen, 41 Other AGs Call for Abuse-Deterrent Pain Killing Rx Drugs

    AG Van Hollen, 41 other attorneys general sent a letter to the U.S. FDA, urging it to require makers of generic Rx drug pain relievers to develop tamper-resistant versions of their products.
