MADISON — On February 12, 2014, a criminal complaint was filed against Alexander Prieve charging him with Delivery of a Narcotic, Felony Theft-Party to a Crime, Disorderly Conduct/Domestic Abuse, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A criminal complaint also was filed against Danielle Pionke charging her with Felony Theft-Party to a Crime, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The complaints allege that Prieve and Pionke stole and pawned $4,170.00 worth of property from Pionke’s mother between August 23, 2013, and December 15, 2013. The complaints also allege that Prieve and Pionke possessed THC and drug paraphernalia when they were located on January 13, 2014.
Initial appearances for both defendants are scheduled for March 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in Columbia County. While the defendants have been charged in criminal complaints, they are presumed innocent and the state will need to prove them guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
