MADISON — Media interested in covering today’s plea hearing should report to Lafayette County Circuit for today’s plea hearing before the Honorable Thomas J. Vale, scheduled for 3:00 pm.  No other information regarding today’s plea hearing is available at this time.

Armin J. Wand III, of Argyle, is charged with three counts of First Degree Intentional Homicide, three counts of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide – Unborn Child, and one count of Arson, all felonies.

A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The charges found in the criminal complaint are merely allegations until and unless the prosecution proves its allegations at trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
