Wauwatosa— At 3pm, Thursday, December 27, 2012, the Wauwatosa Police Department and the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) will hold a press conference regarding the homicide of Wauwatosa Police Officer Jennifer Sebena and the subsequent arrest of Benjamin Sebena. This will occur at the Wauwatosa Police Department, 1700 N. 116th Street, Wauwatosa, WI. All media representatives are welcome.
The Wauwatosa Police Department and the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI)announce today that Benjamin Sebena, of Menomonee Falls, was booked last night into theMilwaukee County Jail, on atentative charge of First-Degree IntentionalHomicide in theDecember 24, 2012, death ofhis wife, Wauwatosa Police Officer Jennifer L. Sebena. Additional information surrounding the investigation intoOfficer Sebena's death will be made available through the filing of acriminal complaint by the MilwaukeeCounty District Attorney's Office, at which timean initial appearancewill bescheduled for Mr. Sebena.
