Patrick J. Cochran of Grand Chute Arrested
GRAND CHUTE On Thursday, June 18, 2009, law enforcement officers from the Division of Criminal Investigation and Grand Chute Police Department conducted a consent search at the residence of Patrick J. Cochran, in the Town of Grand Chute, WI. As a result of a preview of Cochran's computer hard drive, sexually explicit images of children were located.
According to the criminal complaint, during an interview, Cochran stated that he had been accessing websites that offered sexually explicit images of children. Cochran stated he had been paying $300 for 30-day subscriptions into the child pornography websites. Following the interview, Cochran was arrested and incarcerated in the Outagamie County Jail, pending prosecutorial review by the Outagamie County District Attorney's office.
Mr. Cochran was charged with One Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
