Zip file (1211KB) contains the root
schema file for the standards package.
It contains the NIEM 2.0 schema, with an embedded constraint file
in the ansi-nist subdirectory. It contains an XML example instance file
that fully represents the usage of every possible element. It
contains
the spreadsheet cross-referencing Part 1 and Part 2 elements, and
an explanatory MS-Word document explaining how the package has
changed since the NIST workshop in September, 2007.
It does not contain sample schema and instance document for
implementing Annex G. Those materials are available below.

Annex G contains an INCITS/M1 378 alternative representation of minutiae.
It is implemented as an XML substitution data block in the Type-9 record.
Included in the package are extension schema in an "incits:"
namespace,
and an instance example.
