Wanted Person File

Agency must possess a court issued warrant or have an investigative report sufficient to obtain a warrant and show that because of extenuating circumstances they were unable to obtain the warrant. (Examples of allowable circumstances could be the time of day, availability of the judge, etc. These warrants are entered as temporary felony or temporary misdemeanor wants and retained in file for 48 and 72 hours respectfully.)
