System Identification Number

Maximum number of characters is 8 and minimum is 2. A system Identification Number is assigned by the TIME computer to each entry in the CIB File.  System Identification Numbers may be used to query any CIB entry and can be used only by the “ORI” in conjunction with modifying, supplementing, and canceling of a CIB entry.
