State Identification Number

Maximum number of characters is 10 and minimum number is 3. The number is assigned by the State Identification Bureau upon receipt of a criminal fingerprint card, and is prefaced with the two-character state abbreviation.  Example:      

•      WI IDENT NUMBER 12345     W112345

•      MN IDENT NUMBER 12345     MN12345
