Instruction Permit is issued to expire in 6 months. License is issued to expire 2 years from next birthday. Issued to persons 16 years or older who do not qualify for an operator’s license or do not operate an automobile.
Allows operation of mopeds, power driven cycles, motor bicycles or specially designed vehicles authorized by DOT for highway use.
