Reporting Method

The CIB developed and implemented a computer file to enable enforcement agencies and clerks of court to comply with ss. 813. Agencies holding protection orders and injunctions issued under state statutes are required by ss. 813 to make entries to the TIME System Protection Order and Injunction File. The file referred to as “Protection Orders and Injunctions” or “POIF” meets the entry needs and more importantly, the inquiry needs of law enforcement personnel in the state.
