Query Unidentified Person

The general guideline to query a record is to use all the available data. Situations may arise, however, in which a query using standard identifiers such as name, sex, race and date of birth is impossible. The system has provisions to allow queries using non-unique identifiers in these situations.  Two queries are possible using non-unique identifiers: a query of body parts status and a query of physical descriptors.
