Product number: An 11-digit number assigned to each individual product at time of issuance and is assigned by DOT for internal use only. A product is goods provided by DMV to a customer and includes driver license, vehicle registration, vehicle permit, oversize-overweight permit, business license, business employee license, identification card, and disabled identification card.
