All “OTH” (Other restrictions) show as a 30 character standard restriction prefixed by “MM/DD/YYYY Special Restrictions=.” Examples are as follows:

•      Steering Knob

•      Power steering

•      Power brakes

•      No CMV operation in Intrastate

•      Roads posted 25 MPH or less

•      Hand operated dimmer switch

•      Artificial limb or automatic transmission

•      Pedal extension(s)

•      Continuous oxygen supply

•      No passenger (s)

•      IID required (Ignition interlocking device)
