Notify Hit Indicator

Enter “Y” for yes or leave blank for no.

When yes is entered into this field, “NOTIFY ENTERING AGENCY OF THIS HIT” will appear in the record response. This indicator requests that the agency receiving the record response notify the agency point of contact.

When modifying the notify hit indicator, enter Y for yes to add. To remove the hit indicator enter N.
