NCIC Uniform Offense Codes

Because of the interface to the national system the established four character offense codes must be used. The listing assigns the appropriate codes to the Wisconsin Statutes. Sometimes the “literal translation” of the offense code appears to be misleading compared to the title of the state statute. In these cases, indicate the statute and title in Remarks Field.
