Nationwide Broadcasts

Requests for nationwide broadcasts must be sent to the TIME Control Center.  In addition to previously stated prohibition and restrictions, the following restrictions apply to requests for nationwide broadcasts:

1.  No training announcements.

2.  No runaways/missing persons.

These restrictions may be waived in cases where the seriousness of the situation overrides the normal policy considerations.  These conditions are the same as those listed for NLETS regional broadcasts but the information must be of interest to ALL states.
