Model

This field is used to indicate the model of the weapon.  This is an optional field.  The model name is to be entered as it appears or is spelled out without dashes.  A recognizable abbreviation of the model name may be used.  For example, Smith & Wesson Chiefs Special model revolver should be entered in the Model Field as CHIEF SPEC.  Remington Model 870 pump action shotgun should be entered as 870.
