Mobile Data/Communication Terminal Certification

Instruction is computer based or provided in a classroom atmosphere. The classroom training is taught by Agency Assigned Instructors (AAI) who are TIME certified and have received specialized training from the staff of the Crime Information Bureau Training Section.  The computer-based training is managed by the agency's local administrator through the computer based training system (TRAIN).  The material will include file queries only. It will not include entries, updates or full criminal history record information. This certification authorizes the individual to operate terminals/computers with eTIME access, MDT/MDC access and perform transactions available for MDT/MDCs on full access capabilities.
