Note: Motorcycle and high school driver education instructors (licensed by Department of Public Instruction-DPI) are not listed on driving records.

Traffic Safety Program courses (license types TSS-Traffic Safety School, GDY-Group Dynamics, MOP-Multiple Offender Program) will show the school name of the technical college or Dodge County Human Services. Commercial Driver Schools (CDS) will show the licensed name of the commercial driver school(s) they are instructing with.
