If yes, a person who is either a sexually violent person or a two-striker. Under Wisconsin law, a person convicted or two or more sex offenses is subject to life registration. In addition, in certain cases of serious sex offenses, the sentencing court may order life registration of the subject. Subjects found to be sexually violent persons under Ss. 980 are also subject to life registration.
