Issuer Edits

Minimum of one and maximum of 15 alphabetic and/or numeric characters. May include hyphen and no more than one intervening space between combinations of alpha and/or numeric characters. If TYP is BL, FB, FR, GC, NB, RB, SB, SC, SN, TB, TD, TN, UN, then ISS must be “USTREASURY.” If TYP is BC, issuer must be “CANADA.” When “COUNTERFEIT” is first item in MIS Field, edits on issuer field do not apply.
