Image Indicator

Inquiries may also contain an Image Indicator (IND) to specify whether an image should be returned if available. If the image indicator is Y, image data related to each primary hit response will be returned. For a person, this would be a mugshot, if available; for property, it would be either the identifying image or the generic image, if available.
