Group Article Entry

The following fields are mandatory for successful entry of a consecutively serialized group of stolen articles in the NCIC File. Message key, originating agency’s identifier, type, serial numbers, brand name, date of theft and originating agency’s case number. The entry will be rejected if one of the mandatory fields is left unfilled.
