Enter Sex Offender
This entry will place a sex
offender record in the NCIC and/or CIB Files. The Wisconsin Department of
Corrections is the only agency authorized to make such entries. Not all
sex offenders required to register under Wisconsin law are listed on both the
CIB and NCIC files. Criteria for entry vary from state to state. State
laws regarding sex offender registration may require subjects to be listed on a
state Sex Offender Registration File that may not meet the criteria for entry of
the subject to the NCIC Sex Offender Registration File.
