Entering ORI is an Out-of-State Agency

Send message to the Wisconsin Control Terminal (TSCC), the entering agency’s state control terminal (XX - 2 digit character state code) and a copy to NCIC Headquarters (DCFBIWAOO) detailing the violation and the fact you have made three requests.

The control terminal officer or designee, of the originating agency will institute appropriate action to ensure proper response and compliance to system standards and this may include the canceling of records.
