Enter Identity Theft Record

This entry will place an identity theft record in the NCIC Files.

The following are data items that are mandatory on Identity Theft file entries: ORI, name, sex, race, date of birth, place of birth, height, weight, hair, eye, agency case number, password and identity theft type.
