Dental information on an unidentified person can be added to the record by using appropriate enter dental information transaction. The entry of dental information must be made only by the agency that originally entered the record.
To enter dental information, the record first must be identified by NCIC number and case number. These data items are used to identify the record to which dental information will be added.
