Date of Emancipation

Must be eight numeric characters representing month, day, and year. Days cannot be more than maximum for the month. Must be later than the current date but not more than 18 years later than the date of birth. This is a mandatory field when the warrant category is juvenile. To calculate Date of Emancipation, 18 must be added to the Date of Birth.
