Client Status

On Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration responses, a description of the subject’s status in the Department of Corrections System. The field may indicate:

•      Incarcerated (in custody)

•      Community Supervision (residing in the community, under the supervision of the Department of Corrections, either on probation or parole.)

•      Discharged (No longer under the supervision of the Department of Corrections, but still subject to the requirements of the sex offender registry.)
