A caution indicator may be added to a record by using the appropriate transaction upon entry. The reason for the caution must be explained in the Remarks Field. Examples: Armed and Dangerous, Suicidal Tendencies, Hemophiliac, Previously Escaped Custody, or Heroin Addict.
