Cancel Single Article in a Group

Group record containing a single article to be cancelled must be identified by the NCIC number and the serial number of the item being cancelled (serial number repeated as if it represented a range of numbers) in that order.

Do not use the NCIC number and originating agency’s case number to identify the record as this will result in cancellation of the entire group record.
