Cancel Multiple Securities in Group

The group record containing securities to be cancelled must be identified by the serial numbers of the items being cancelled and originating agency case number. The lowest and highest serial numbers of the consecutively numbered items being cancelled must be used. Where there are any breaks in the consecutive order of the serial numbers, separate cancel messages must be sent.

Do not use the NCIC Number and originating agency case number to identify the record as this will result in cancellation of the entire group record.
