Cancel Identity Theft Record

This type of message is to be used when the record is deemed inactive. An identity theft record can only be cancelled by the originating agency (ORI). The following data items are required to cancel identity theft record: name, and NCIC number or NCIC number and originating agency case number (OCA).  The name must be exactly the same as it appears on the original entry, including spelling.
