Boat Color

This field is used to indicate the color of the boat. When a boat is one color, the appropriate color code must be entered.  When a boat of two colors is described, the code for the dominant color of the boat’s hull above the waterline should be entered first followed by the code for the next more prevalent color. The complete color scheme of the boat can be entered in the Miscellaneous Field. When the color scheme contains more than two colors, the code MUL/COL for multicolored is to be used. The complete color scheme is then entered in the Miscellaneous Field.
