All-Terrain Vehicle

1.  Most major all-terrain vehicle manufacturers have make codes assigned.  A list of make codes can be found in the code manual. 

•      The model in Year/Model/Style must be “CYL.”

•      The style in Year/Model/Style must be “MV”-multi wheeled vehicle.

2.  If a make code is not listed for the all-terrain vehicle manufacturer, the generic make code of “ATV” must be used and the manufacturer’s name must be listed in the Miscellaneous Remarks field.

•      The model in Year/Model/Style must be “WHE.”

•      They style in Year/Model/Style must be “MV.”
