Address Information

The following fields constitute the address of the registered subject of a Convicted Sexual Offender Registry File and are mandatory upon entry: Street Number, Street Name, City Name, State, and ZIP Code.  For entries of nonresident offenders that work or attend school within a given state, the employer’s or school’s address and telephone number should be used in the location fields.
