When a user of the TIME System has any constructive criticisms of the TIME System, they have an opportunity to share their ideas by evaluating the system in writing. The user is to indicate suggested changes, corrections, or improvements of the TIME System and forward these concerns in writing to the director of the CIB. This is not a trouble report. Trouble reporting is handled through the TIME Control Center. The suggestions will be analyzed by the TIME System Staff. The individual will get a response in writing as to what action was taken as a result of this suggestion.
Include the following information:
• Agency Name
• Date
• Name of Person
• Title of Person
• Suggested Change, Correction or Improvement
The report should be a description of the suggested change, correction, or improvement in as much detail as possible. If suggested change is for the Operator’s Manual, indicate the manual page numbers.
