The Crime Information Bureau publishes a quarterly TIME Newsletter. All newsletters are numbered throughout the year. After all operators have reviewed the newsletter for system updates, procedural concerns, and the necessary TIME Manual changes are made, it is suggested the newsletters should be retained near the terminal for reference. The newsletter is the official notification of any system changes, additions, and updates between manual revisions.
