The purpose of this Manual is to provide total information on policies, procedures, formats and guidelines to assist the system participants in utilizing the TIME System.
The TIME Operator’s Manual covers the TIME System in total. The manual covers the use of the communications function and data files in the Crime Information Bureau, Department of Transportation, and National Crime Information Center and others. The manual also provides information on the use of the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS).
