Why do Some Responses Indicate an Attachment with 0 Bytes of Data?

Messages returned from “afisroot@mail2.wdoj.com” will appear to have an attachment with 0 bytes of data.  We do not return the original fingerprint record, instead only text in the subject line.  Thus, the attachment contains 0 bytes of data.

Other agencies or the CIB Administrator can email attachments that will reflect the correct number of bytes of data.
