Troubleshooting

Should the device lock up during normal operation, press the upper left blue key, upper right blue key and the yellow button simultaneously.  This will reboot the device.

If you have software version 1.0, a problem has been identified that occasionally tosses the user back to the logon screen when conducting a search.  The device then fails.  Should this occur, call the Morpho help desk at (800) 526-2674 and they can resolve the trouble by deleting the transaction.  This problem was resolved in version 1.0.5.; all agencies will soon be upgraded to v1.0.5.

If you obtain a message “HTTP cannot connect to host” or other network error, check with your local network staff and make certain others aren’t having network difficulty.

Try powering off the device, wait for a few minutes, and then attempt to connect.  If you are still unable to connect, call the Morpho help desk at (800) 526-2674.

Should the WDOJ matchers or server fail, all law enforcement agencies will receive the a message via the TIME System.  Likewise, when the system returns to full function, your agency will receive a TIME System message indicating the system is functional.
