State penal and correctional institutions are required under Wis. Stats. 165.84(4) to "obtain fingerprints, according to the fingerprint system of identification established by the director of the FBI, and full face and profile photographs of all persons received on commitment to these institutions. The prints and photographs so taken shall be forwarded to the division, together with any other identifying data requested, within 10 days after the arrival at the institution of the person committed."
In these instances the only entry needed is "custody", the reason for the custody in the charge area, and in the disposition area the period of detention.
