Scars, Marks, Tattoos and Amputations

This block should be used to identify specific physical or mental characteristics of the individual fingerprinted.  The following identifiers should be coded for submission on the fingerprint card: Artificial Body Parts or Aids; Deafness; Deformities; Abused Drugs; Eye Disorders; Fractured Bones or Healed Fractures; Medical Conditions or Diseases; Medical Devices or Body Implants; Missing Body Parts or Organs; Moles, Needle Marks; Scars; Skin Discolorations or Birthmarks; Tattoos or Removed Tattoos; Therapeutic Drugs used and any other physical characteristics.
