The FBI will allow applicant fingerprint cards rejected due to poor print quality to be submitted one time without additional charge provided the control number provided with the rejected card is submitted with the new card.
The FBI will not accept, without additional charge, resubmission of applicant fingerprint cards rejected for errors or omissions in the administrative data.
