Miscellaneous Numbers

Must be a two character alpha code followed by the specific number. The Miscellaneous Identifying Numbers section of the manual contains a complete list of the prefix codes.  Examples :

•      Passport Number = PP-1234

•      Alien Registration Number = AR-5678

•      Drivers License Number = DL-XX C325-4755-0166-01 (where XX is state of issue)
